Spring Challenge 2011
We invite you make some variation
of the log cabin block, using one
of the small pieces of fabrics, which
are available in the store, somewhere
in your quilt. – it could even be part
of the label.  Use your block(s) to
make a finished wall hanging
no larger than 36 x 36 inches. 
Viewers choice will determine the
winners, and a store gift certificate
will be awarded for 1st Place ($100),
2nd Place ($75), and 3rd Place ($50).
Quilts are due by April 1, 2012, and
will hang in the store for two weeks.
 
Super Bowl Sunday Sale
On February 5, from 10 to 4 p.m.,
all fabrics on the bolt will be 25% off. 
Bring a non-perishable food item for a
local food pantry and receive a $5
Log Cabin Fabrics gift certificate,
to be used during a future visit.
 
Machine Quilting by Karen Gibbs
Karen Gibbs, of The Quilting Studio,
will be in the store February 5,
March 4, and April 1 at 3 p.m. to
pick up quilt tops for quilting. Karen
will take your quilt top on the first
Sunday of one month, and return it
– beautifully quilted – the following
month.
